What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.

We also store the landing page variant you signed up from and any standard campaign parameters attached to the URL, such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.

We also store a flag in your browser's local storage (nwb_submitted) so the form remembers you already signed up. This never leaves your device.

Why we collect it

• To notify you when early access opens
• To send occasional product updates about Not Worth Building
• To understand which landing page and campaign led to a signup

Who has access

Your waitlist data is stored in a database hosted by Neon and our application runs on Vercel. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site visits and landing page performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist signup data until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut down the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you can:

• Access - ask what data we hold about you
• Delete - ask us to remove your waitlist data entirely
• Portability - request your data in a standard format
• Withdraw consent - unsubscribe at any time

Legal basis

We process your waitlist signup data based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give consent by submitting the waitlist form after reading the notice beneath it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
